• Benchmark 2031s have been trading in a range of T+140 – 195bps this past year, last at T+ 181 with spreads loosely tracking the Mexico sovereign since the bonds got upgraded to investment grade in Spring 2024. Bonds appear to be fully valued given the cyclical nature of the business and uncertainties regarding tariffs going forward as US exports account for about 35% of revenues.
• The company reported 4Q EBITDA up 3% with operating margins slightly increasing to 17.9% and for the full year generated USD1.25bn in free cash flow excluding a USD383mn non-recurring Spanish tax fine. The company reported a net leverage of 1.8x, consistent with investment grade ratings.
