POWER: Germany's Regulator, THE Mull Tender Process for Gas Storage Subsidy

Germany's energy regulator and Economy Ministry are collaborating with THE on a tender process to support a proposed subsidy mechanism for gas storage refills, Germany's gas market manager said, cited by Bloomberg.
- Stakeholders are invited to submit feedback by 28 January, though no formal consultation is planned.
- “As soon as the product design has been finalised, the terms and conditions will be drawn up and made available on THE’s website,” a spokesperson for the organization said in an email.
- Germany’s gas storage was at 59.87% full as of 22 January, GIE data show.
