Phillips66 reported FCCU (Unit 29) emissions at its Borger, Texas refinery according to an environmental quality filing.

  • The 30k b/d FCC (Unit 40) has remained shut since April 1
  • Increased activity began at the 7k b/d catalytic reformer during the morning of May 10, but has remained below normal operational levels according to an earlier WoodMac alert. The unit was shut during the afternoon of April 19.
