Planned maintenance works at Cheniere’s Sabine Pass LNG terminal have ended, shown by increased natural gas flows to the terminal.
- Natural gas deliveries to the Sabine Pass LNG terminal rose to 4.29 bcf/d, up by 0.7bcf/d from the day before according to BNEF’s LNG Feedgas Model. Feedgas levels fell to a low of 2.2bcf/d during the maintenance period.
- Maintenance at the terminal started on 19 June and affected two out of six liquefaction trains, which each having a production capacity of 5mn mt/yr.
- The planned works at the terminal have been part of a six-year maintenance cycle at the facility. No details were given as to the expected duration or maintenance activities.
