Bulgaria’s Bulgargaz has launched three tenders for 0.5 bcm of LNG, to be delivered over the upcoming winter months, Platts said.
- The tenders include delivery of one cargo per month between Oct-Feb. The size of each cargo is 3.4 TBtu.
- The LNG will be delivered into the Alexandroupolis FSRU in Greece, with an option for delivery to a Turkish terminal at the buyer’s discretion.
- The tender comes when LNG in the East Med is carrying a hefty premium over other European hubs, amid tight supply and risk premiums caused by conflicts in Russia-Ukraine and the Middle East.
