- Among OPEC countries in the Middle East, exports are down 0.853m b/d on the week to 14.572m b/d. The four-week average is 14.473m b/d.
- Exports from Russia were 3.471m b/d in the week to Feb. 18, down 0.244m b/d. This is also below the four-week average of 3.547m b/d.
