The Delek Big Spring refinery Texas reports reduced rates amid maintenance on a processing unit according to a Texas Commission on Environmental Quality filing.

• The 73kb/d refinery reported emissions from the Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit bypass stack with scheduled maintenance on the unit expected from April 18-20.
• Operations will reduce unit rates to safe minimum levels and follow procedures to minimize emissions while keeping the unit operations stable.
