Colombia's SPEC LNG terminal in Cartagena finished its planned maintenance as scheduled Nov. 4, Platts said, citing the operator.
- A tanker is scheduled to arrive at the terminal Nov. 5 to deliver around 63 mcm of LNG, SPEC said.
- The laden Diamond Gas Sakura arrived at the terminal on Nov. 5, according to Platts data, the first cargo delivery since Oct. 29.
- Hydropower constitutes around 70% of Colombia's electricity generation. LNG is then used to fuel three thermal power plants that act as backups during periods of low hydro levels.
