Other operations at the Tupras Izmit refinery continue as normal after deactivation of a compressor unit following a fire which injured twelve workers, according to Bloomberg.

• The fire occurred during maintenance work at the compressor unit at around 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 5.
• The largest of four crude processing plants operated by Tupras in Turkey has annual capacity of 11.3m tons.
